The Molt

There is a moment before a snake sheds its skin.
It doesn't announce the change. It doesn't explain it. It just finds a quiet place, slows down, and lets the old layer go. What emerges is the same creature, just more itself.
An outdoor space is not only a luxury, but it's where you go to mentally process emotions and make decisions about your life. The place you find when the inside of your head gets too loud and you need something solid beneath you. Concrete, grass, a wooden chair you've grown emotionally attached to.
It's been there through all of it. Never judged. Never needed anything in return. Whatever your outdoor space may be, that's the place you don't have to wait on the world.
You just have to go outside.
